Mestre Adriano da Silva, known by the nickname of Pelé, is originally from Niteroi – Rio de Janeiro. He begins his journey with capoeira in Niteroi at the age of 8, learns and trains in Rio de Janeiro in the school of one of the founding masters of the Senzala group, one of the largest in the world and in 2011 receives the vermelha string (red – the highest level of the school) with which he is recognized by the community as a master of capoeira.

Mestre Pelé trained as a professor and taught for five years in Brazil, for six in Portugal - in the city of Porto - and for ten years he has been teaching courses for adults and children in Turin and its province.

The activities and courses are conducted directly by him or by other instructors, under his supervision; in kindergartens, schools, communities and gymnasiums: in Italy (Turin, Venaria, Collegno, Asti, Pinerolo, San Mauro, Ragusa, Trontano, Caselle t.se, Cirié, Valle Ceppi (Pino t.se), Milan, Genoa), in Brazil (Niterói and São Gonçalo), in Portugal (Porto), in England (London).
